hello users, , friend has walked thru whole fw upgrade 1.02 process yesterday came stop point when realized itunes has put 1.1.1 on it. here happen: -my friend bought phone home yesterday 1.0.1 on it. tried bring fw 1.02 using itunes 7.4.1.2. -we noticed itunes wanted restore phone "current" fw (we think 1.1.1), avoid that, downloaded 1.0.2 fw , using shift+restore put phone. process , have 1.0.2 phone now. -closed itunes , open , run ibrickr. ibrickr keep saying phone has not been connected itunes download plugins , cannot else. -plugged phone itunes , time using itunes restore funtion, thinking of shift + restore did not install plugin files ibrickr needed. don't know how happened after restore, put 1.1.1 on phone. -after realizing phone has 1.1.1, stop everything. phone in activation screen. ok including correct imei. entering *3001#12345#* , shows 04.01.13_g. we're doing because friend want use phone ...

hello all. reason iphone blacked out 5 mintues before "coming grave". before begin, know this: - iphone not hacked, never has been either - using itunes 10.4.0 can free ringtones (not hack really) - launch day iphone - iphone battery @ 70% - sim still locked att ok, here's whats up. plugged iphone laptop (windows xp dell inspiron 9300, yeah know, switching in january). i've never had problem before, docked many times, added songs, swapped out movies , podcasts, pictures, etc. no problems. decide plug in real quick see if new update out morning, , believe heard xp pnp connect sound normal. noticed screen went out instead of showing charging icon normal. go click top button, home button, nothing. undock phone without noting if itunes recognized or not. try holding top button power on: nothing. try holding 10 seconds, nothing. try holding different button combos reset home , sleep button, nothing. try test...
