i know verizon disabled bluetooth file transfer on phones, read claimed came out update allows obex. find out if upgraded firmware version .02 (which had obex enabled accidently) .04... turns out phone has .02 version firmware... or think. says needs gatw_01.0f.02 , when check software version of razr reads: newc_01.09.02.... mean have .02 or not??? if try sending files razr via bluetooth, gets far asking me enter pairing number , when initiate file transfer fails immediately. wrong want feature every other provider has left enabled! why verizon have mean???? p.s. when went verizon store , told them update had no idea talking , told me hack v3 software on website understanding can't flash firmware mac , when told him like, "you're mac user??" in disgusted tone , like, "yes..." , half jokingly told me out of here... hahaha ended leaving anyway frustration of them not having idea talking about.   ...

before christmas last year 12" 1.33 powerbook started making scraping noises, not sounding good. the big ? mark came on boot , no matter did rescue disk couldn't format drive etc. got put in drawer , got mb c2d 2ghz, wifey. anyway, thought 12" such nice machine should repaired , sellm 1 of mb's (have 24" imac too) 23" cinema screen. powered , hell of tried format - worked. did complete install. apparently ok. i've got booking have drive replaced on friday i'm wondering if there may have been issue , fine now.... or spend cash have replaced? ideas? confused! cheers! mike   hmmm wouldn't trust that. i'v had similar problem hd's before that. stopped working. months later working again , stopping again. fixed if can   Forums Macs ...
