my iPhone At&t credit nightmare

4:00 pm friday : in line @ at&t store
7:15 pm friday : iphone
7:30 pm friday : credit check
7:30 pm friday: pay 8 gig , $100 deposit (which expected)
7:30 pm friday : new employee @ at&t messes transaction , has redo
(credit check #2)
8:15 pm friday: store "figures out" , leave phone , ban#
9:15 pm friday: try , activate iphone (credit check #2)
11:00 pm friday : email message need go pay deposit or gophone
11:00 friday : cll at&t try again (credit check #3)
12:00 saturday: same email deposit or go phone
12:00 saturday: call at&t walk me through activation (credit check#4)
6:00 saturday: wake same email at&t says nothing can have go store
10:00am saturday: go store said not problem at&t corporate' problem
11:00-6:00 saturday: @ work, spent hours on phone w/ at&t saying apple's problem apple saying at&t problem
6:00 pm saturday: call store again..they see problem never linked deposit account caused account suspended , thats why wont activate joint them , remove suspension..say not have problem again
8:00pm saturday: home try activate again (credit check #5)
10:00 pm saturday : call at&t , following answer
#1) when original approval went through $100 deposit
#2) because of suspension, , additional credit checks credit score went lower!!!
#3) saying requesting $500 deposit
#4) they apologize profusely ..admiting messed , checked credit total of...get this...14 times??? , how???
#5) people can fix "analyst review dept" doesn't open till monday @ 7am.
#6) on phone 3 levels above csr...still swears cannot fixed @ time.
#7) gives me 1st 2 months of at&t service free..again appologizes profusely, stated remove checks credit report....


@ end of day won't able use iphone until monday if im lucky....i give at&t credit being polite people...and apple too...it's shame at&t incompetent handle these technical issues of iphone release, shame apple bad because of fiasco.

those 14 credit checks potential make credit worse. make sure report error credit bureaus.
