Macbook hissing?

i purchased macbook 2 days ago. working dream , half. but, when lean head in near laptop can hear hissing coming left side, perhaps coming hard drive? in quit room hissing can heard easily. wonder if normal hd sound or should worried about? thanks.
 

is 'audio' hiss or hardware hiss?

if audio hiss should able hear in pair of earphones.

if, however, hardware related wonder if maybe hearing fan noise of form.
