Have Mpeg-4 video - Can't get on iPhone?

hi. i've searched still confused (newbie this). have concert video in itunes under 'movies'.

info on says: mpeg-4 video file, 1.13gb, 127kpbs, profile low complexity, total bit rate 1428kpbs, dimensions 720 x 480, video codec h.264

iphone says cannot deal video. please tell me can work? (i'm on new imac). it's new phone have space have quality. help.
 

in itunes try right clicking on file , choose "convert ipod". it'll make version sync phone. can delete original.

okay im going lay down problem explian have tried. cool responces. problem have external program saves files path blaa/blaa/movies way in saves these movies compreses movies files 1 file in folder. eg puts different compents folder bundles them delates orginals. problem disc saving doesnt have enough room movies needs store. cant set location of store movies have try route them somewhere. first of when tried making alias folder on different disk program gave me message saying cant save file. thinking of thought make workflow gets items in folder movies them location. tested work flow , worked perfectly. problem getting automated when ever file made in directory. script came , attacheted vie folder actions doesnt work ??? wtf?? help? on adding folder items this_folder after receiving added_items tell application "macintosh hd:users:username:library:workflows:applications:folder actions:moviefile.app" open added_items end...
