24 Hour Clock Problem - US 12hour, UK 24hour - WTF?? Why Can't It Be Changed?

got touch today... going through , found strange.

can't seem clock display non-24 hour time... though 24 hour clock turned off. in set date , time section, time shows time in 12hour clock , pm... where's highlighted blue, , displayed on top bar, still in 24.

idea on how fix this? known bug?
 

i think have found problem...

i'm in uk, general > international > region format > says: united kingdom... if change united states. time appears in 12hours , pm. (also 24-hour clock on/off works).

why doesn't work uk? don't tell/use 24 hour clock!

leaving @ united states changes format telephone numbers, date ect...ect..

found out same on mac... how has been overlooked? :mad:

know how or can bring apple's attention?

okay im going lay down problem explian have tried. cool responces. problem have external program saves files path blaa/blaa/movies way in saves these movies compreses movies files 1 file in folder. eg puts different compents folder bundles them delates orginals. problem disc saving doesnt have enough room movies needs store. cant set location of store movies have try route them somewhere. first of when tried making alias folder on different disk program gave me message saying cant save file. thinking of thought make workflow gets items in folder movies them location. tested work flow , worked perfectly. problem getting automated when ever file made in directory. script came , attacheted vie folder actions doesnt work ??? wtf?? help? on adding folder items this_folder after receiving added_items tell application "macintosh hd:users:username:library:workflows:applications:folder actions:moviefile.app" open added_items end...
