got touch today... going through , found strange. can't seem clock display non-24 hour time... though 24 hour clock turned off. in set date , time section, time shows time in 12hour clock , pm... where's highlighted blue, , displayed on top bar, still in 24. idea on how fix this? known bug?   i think have found problem... i'm in uk, general > international > region format > says: united kingdom... if change united states. time appears in 12hours , pm.
