Best way from Free SMS/MMS?

hi,
idea on whats reliable way mms , sms messages sent phone without paying unlimited texting plan? i'm looking reliable way send texts friends when don't have wifi , can use edge.

i've tried using jivetalk , sending sms messages there, but, if i'm searching website or edge connectins gets little crappy. gets closed, , can't receive messages. also, when don't have reception, texts can't sent me , don't receive anything. feature cool, know when texts.. (with vibrate or sound)

someway integrate texts through emails?

make sure.. sms mean text messages.. , mms means picture message?

 

just have mss's go thru email same text.
can send message phone carriers cellphone using email , free.
