Keychain Access to a Sparse image?

i have sparse image use password protecting important files on mbp. never have clicked on "remember password", somehow, never asks password when mounting.

saved in documents, xxxx.sparseimage.

have looked around in keychain access control panel, can't figure out how make asks password again.

ideas?
