Leaning towards a PSP. Advice?

hey, all. i've got line on used psp $150 includes gta 3 , twisted metal. has oem case, headphones, charger, , 1 gb sandisk memory stick.

claims that, in 1.5 years of ownership, he's put 20 hours (!) of play on it. (the pictures sent it's brand new , there aren't scratches)

used own ds, sold after x-mas when going ~$200 on ebay , want use on 40 minute+ commute work.

should think twice this? other worthwhile games psp?

on psp still star wars battlefront 2 , burnout dominator. although don't find myself playing psp anymore.
