How to feel happy


i'm 17 , i've had depression years...it doesn't bother me anymore comes , goes every once in while. listen music , workout try , distract myself. i'll sleep out. how cope nights/days when feel down , unhappy?
 

depends. 1 or combo of following:

yoga, driving, reading, bath, cup of tea, meditation, shopping, movie, cry, drink or dinner friends (or both), time on heavy bag

there more. , depends on situation. above seem work best. :)
