Help - YouTube Videos stuck on loading screen

i've been having problem on past week or youtube videos won't play. i've never had problem before youtube. i'd guess maybe half of videos i've tried watch lately won't load.

status bar @ bottom of safari says:



same thing happens on wife's macbook, makes me think may problem isp (charter cable). goes ideas? i've tried reloading pages , clearing internet cache. same thing happens in safari or firefox. here's 2 videos i'm having problem with:
