will apple give me a new laptop?

apple has replaced top case, due faulty plastic cause crack on bottom left (where lcd protection bars either side of isight come contact case). have discoloration, on case (the 1 luminous apple logo, on top corners), , flickering screen. have heard if have 3 problems 1 notebook replace whole machine? apple this? , able pay bit , blackbook?
 

my sister had lot of issues ibook (only 6 months old) & had bring apple store @ least 4 times repaired. after last time gave new macbook free of charge & hasn't had problems since.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
