Macbook C2D New, Max 2GB or 3GB?

good morning all.

have researched many sites , macbook c2d (2.16 / 160hd / 2gb) have maximum memory of 2gb , sites can upgrade 3gb max (or more, macbook read , use 3gb). apple's site says 2gb, have feeling precaution because many developer's site says 3gb. so, know sure?

old core 2 duo mbp = 3gb
new core 2 duo mbp = 4gb
core 2 duo mb = 2gb
core duos = 2gb.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
