Some questions about email...

if sitting next computer, iphone in pocket, pop3 email client such gmail on both devices, , receive email. email go both devices, , when sync computer, impact, if have on either inbox?
i'd head around 1 issue... mean... if left office few hours, got few emails, have emails still in mail on mac? , vice verca... how work?
in advance thoughts.
 

pop can confusing enough is, , way gmail works more so. argh. :)

i've seen, if set iphone fetch gmail, pull copy of emails down gmail, still leaves them on gmail server. if check gmail via web interface, emails should still show there.

can't use pop keep stuff in sync. if iphone pulls down new email, , read/delete it, gmail server has no clue deleted on iphone, when check gmail via web, email deleted on iphone still sitting there on web part.

confused more helped. sorry! :)

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
