Huge Probelem with Ram when torrenting

i noticed whenever torrenting (i use transmission) keeps using of ram. of inactive ram. torrenting filling of ram inactive ram?? have 4 gigs of ram. , after hours of torrenting have 40 megs free 261,368 page outs. shouldn't be.

happens when torrent. can clean running ifreemem dont want keep doing that. (i've attached picture of info ran usage.)

torrenting store in ram temporally or something. 4 gigs of ram , running transmission should have 261,368 page outs??

appreciate insight on problem.

inactive ram ram has been used process no longer needed. free other processes use @ whim.

having large amount of inactive ram nothing worry about. guess transmission has been using temporary storage of torrents, said. don't use torrents though, i'm not sure of characteristics , intricacies of different apps. know write straight drive.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
