Macbook LCD Backlight Flicker

at low brightness levels (1-5 brightness bars on on-screen hud), backlight on c2d macbook's lcd appears flicker intermittently. it's screen jumps high brightness level split seconds @ time in "spasms" lasting maybe 5-10 seconds. happens without apparentl immediate cause , doesn't happen (i.e., doesn't happen or happen every time drop brightness).

known issue? apple address since don't know how reproduce , don't know precisely what's directly causing it?

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
