Mac Mobo is shot. Need to transfer. Please help!

:eek:hello! mac died other night , after heartbreaking trip apple store deemed mobo fried. have on harddrive , desperate off. music , work files. have pc , im wondering there anyway put mac harddrive in pc , transfer off music , pics , work files???? need stuff asap appreciated. in advance!
 

if mac has firewire port can connect firewire mac using 6 pin firewire cable & target disc mode , transfer data way.

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
