Scratched iPhone

i purchased iphone 5 days ago , terrible happened today. friend of mine holding phone, pressing random bottoms , getting feel awsome gadget. somehow, in split second, phone slipped out of finger tips , fell down 4 long feet asphalt. i'm not sure more painful. watching brand new iphone fall finger tips down onto asphalt below or watching bounce epileptic rabbit , land again on asphalt.

phone works there pretty obvious scuffings on bottom of metallic frame , little of black casing. complete accident (and phone still works perfectly) i'm not holding against friend. i'm trying not cry spilt milk--the phone still works i'm psyched about, i'm wondering if theres can (the phone still within warranty).

appreciated. might put pictures later (it hurts, oh god hurts). yeah, bummer.

i thought meant scratched screen , wondered how in world managed that.

rule 1, never ever let else hold iphone.

rule 2, 1 of these plastic snap-on cases covers parts other screen. don't add bulk.

rule 3, repeat rule 1.

warranty, no way no how unless lunatic @ apple store. if broke , wouldn't work, might replace because of though saw scuffs didn't prove cause of failure.

experience, before video ipod put in 1 of these plastic snap-on cases time except docked, got non-screen scratches on ipods. since it's not on screen, sort of stop seeing them. trust me, eat alive week, ebb , you'll stop noticing. also, if 1 of cases mention won't able see scratches, when pop out dock it.

can pay have affected parts replaced, fair bit. nice thing flash models; can practically launch them catapult , won't quit working.

, rule 4, repeat rule 1.
