Returning a custom iMac

i bought 20 inch imac (customised 256mb x1600 , 2gb ram) off online apple store, , after using if few days, want send back. on order status under returns, says can't send back, doesn't state why other "item not eligible return".

i've read suggestions can't return custom imacs, in apple store's t&c state can't return custom hardware. i'm still in 14 day timeframe returning products.

so, can me out here?
 

for future? yeah, read return policies. they're there reason.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
