iTunes Remote Control from iPhone - "Signal"

i did quick search , didn't see relevant topic particular web appliction (except "telekinesis",) thought i'd post here. mods, feel free kill or move appropriate.

stumbled upon fantastic web interface running itunes library on desktop imac via iphone. alloysoft's "signal" touts ultimate media player remote, , once it's set up, interface , interaction things of beauty. check out here:

this, combined airtunes, gives me total control of computer's itunes music in 5 rooms of house, without having run computer make adjustments. playlists show on iphone via wireless, , album art. friends' eyes bug out when see in action. i'm very, pleased. not cheap @ $29.95, 1.0, it's killer web app.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
