Adobe Photoshop colors do not match web colors

i'm having problem adobe , creating web graphics. i'm using older version of adobe photoshop (the 1 before cs), using "export web" feature. issue is, when export adobe , try match colors web site (ex: creating round corners css / images), colors not matching. example, if create graphic in adobe uses color #cccccc , export , upload site, use digi color meter color of image, it's registering #d4d4d4.

idea causing issue , how might fix it?
 

just confirm aren't going crazy, have had exact same problem in past, down same color (#cccccc). i'm sorry can't remember how went solving it, there weird going on.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
