32 GB of RAM

just curious this.

noticed on crucial's site says mac pro's maximum ram 32 gb using 8 4gb sticks. apple's site still says maximum 16 gb , macrumors guide. know this.

if turns out 32 gb supported, wow that's alot of memory.:apple:

maybe that's efi firmware update for.

if crucial says can take 32gb of ram can. apple has history of understating ram capabilities of computers based on size of modules available @ computers release. if higher density ram becomes available after product released, apple never updates specs though computer can take new, higher density ram sticks.
