Want to buy a imac now or wait for new macbook

i have posted 2 threads buying imac or macbook pro! when comes down can not afford macbook pro being 19 , in college!

love screens on new imacs , feel allot more done! graphics , video editing , daily computer use in room @ home!!

leopard , howit might come out new redesigned macbook , love specially if upped graphics chip actual graphics card ..

tell me fellow mac users imac or wait till mid oct.. , hope new macbook comes out
 

i guess macbook dedicated, or @ least decent graphics card around january.

in case didn't know, apple has great education discount policy, , if still makes mbp expensive, refurb store worth :)

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
