Maddening css issue: text cut off, height, etc.

oh, humbly throw myself @ feet of might able point out (probably rather obvious) issue overlooking. i'm ready rip hair out on one.

here problem:
in safari (mac, version 2.0.4 (419.3)), text @ bottom of page cuts off. not manifest in other browser. happens no matter size of window. no ability scroll. overflow not set hidden. have tried setting html , body heights auto, in *internal* style on page (as set 100% in external style sheet layout reasons on other page). no dice.

here site, source may located, style sheet:
url deleted

note:a few of styles internal, not copy them external style sheet if not working or apply 1 page.

thoughts before tear out hair? thank in advance, times million.

you have text in div defined '#bio'. see no such style in css sheet. cause bad happen.

matter of fact, style use images.. '#genpics' doesn't appear exist in style sheet either.

don't want sound rude, know how use css?
