Text on tall, thin banners

something that's been bugging me recently... colleagues in marketing keep churning out vertical banners (0.5m wide 3m high) text in consider 'wrong' orientation.

'wrong' mean, text reads bottom left up, opposed top left down (like book or dvd spine).

going mad, or what?

funny should mention this... it's we've discussed @ work recently, not in respect banners book spines.

agree you, , custom seems agree you, other way looks more visually right. people @ least. when it's issue, give internal clients both versions , let them choose unless when comes core branding , style-guide noted uses.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
