Keyboard gets really hot on my mbp?

received mbp 15" 2.2 on monday, , i've been encoding videos in handbrake. have system set external screen. i've been keeping eye on temp, runs pretty hot- , noticed when processing in handbrake, keyboard area gets hot. gets hot screen meets bottom part of computer- in hinge area. know normal laptops hot underneath, should getting hot in keyboard area too?

i've been leaving screen folded open instead of closed though display off because don't want screen damaged due heat.
 


hinge area getting hot normal. if in hinge area, you'll find there's heat vents opposite display connects mbp. fans direct heat to, , hot air escapes these vents.

keyboard getting warm, mine well.

kind of temps getting?

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
