Anyone Reported An Item To eBay & Got Cold Shouldered?
i looking pair of studio monitors , came across old con - pair of bss m250 monitors. know researching these in past nothing either of 2 famous bss companies, 1 english, other swedish. read auction blurb , sure enough same old "these cost fortune" etc , tried report ebay have infuriating way of doing have choose 1 list bring list of options choose until, supposedly, it's defined. it's not comprehensive list , couldn't report , make sense e-mailed them directly. (why don't have box enter item number , brief description why you're reporting don't know!?)
anyway, after day wrote , said:-
"we'd ask resubmit report via ebay site. please
copy link new browser window select reasons
report. realise process time consuming , appreciate efforts."
report means told them didn't work , made out hadn't given them actual item details. not true. they'd blanked entire e-mail.
wrote , said:- "look, you've got specifics why don't log on , it? why have job you? i'm trying make safer environment people trade , give me cut 'n' paste crap "appreciating" when reality can't bothered.
wrote back:- "we're not in position make judgements whether authentic or not ... although i'm sure you're extremely knowledgeable these types of items, can't remove items @ request of third parties credentials can't verify.
if believe item in question breach intellectual property rights of third party ("rights owner"), recommend notify rights owner , encourage them join our verified rights owners (vero) programme. many rights owners members. once we've verified them rights owner, can request removal of listings breach intellectual property rights."
stays. unless 1 of bss companies gets them copy infringement these con men can way it. i've had couple of problems in past listings ebay have been pedantic can't believe , yet on big con fight person reporting con tooth , nail. wankers. has else had problems when tried right thing? better you?
i haven't had ebay me, it's common in software piracy situations. lot of free storage sites away allowing pirated material saying "if verified copyright holder contacts us, take down, otherwise don't know if pirated."
