JBL Creature 2 speakers VERY quiet

hope hasn't been mentioned having problems jbl creature ii speakers macbook. bought set few weeks ago, fine untill 1 day quiet (as in no louder headphones).

took them nearest apple store (2 hours away public transport) , had them replaced new set. these worked 15 minutes before volume dropped before, macbook's own speakers far louder.

else had problem?

i find them pretty quiet actually. i'm not mightily impressed creature iis. pretty, wish i'd gone soundsticks or fx6021s :(

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
