backing up using Superduper!

after reading on forum, went ahead , got superduper program backup. want able external hard drive. external hard drive keep of music. don't want backup entire macintosh hd, want "home" folder (picture, movies, documents, etc.).
read on superduper website don't want use "erase , copy" or "smart update" because delete external hard drive (my music) , make clone of macintosh hd. see there option copy "user files". when says "user files" mean same "home" folder?
also, best setup, "copy different files" or "copy newer files" option?

help.
 

ibackup you're looking then. can uncheck ~/music folder , not up.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
