weird Itunes problem. Ipod classic 80g

or, atleast find weird.

got brand new ipod classic 80g.
plug xp pro pc open itunes 7.4.3.1.
itunes asks if want register ipod, "continue" , message:
"your request cannot completed. make sure computer's date set correctly , accepts cookies itunes music store....."

ok. refreshed time, allowed cookies, lower privicy setting, , make sure i'm logged itunes store....still same trouble.
if "register later" message , cannot see ipod's library.

can add files want, itunes not show ipod library edit or apply settings.

when plug ipod laptop, works (doesn't ask register though)....


ideas? thanks!
 

oh, , yes, i've installed new ipod update.

still not working properly.

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
