Trouble sending email via wifi

hi,
checking see if has suggestion on sending emails when connected wifi network. can send , receive emails through outlook account when connected edge network, when connected wifi can receive, can't send emails. suggestions on common settings problems causing this?

what email server using? kind of email account?

guess home internet (wifi) blocks outgoing smtp servers unless isp's server.

example if isp cox - can send email via cox internet connection cox smtp server (smtp.west.cox.net or similar).

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
