Another battery grumble

another reason grumble inability remove battery: never mind not being able carry spare, need pull out battery make sure it's off!

both of last 2 phones i've had pull out battery reset power button wouldn't work since phone had frozen. given how complex iphone relative many phones, it's quite possible we'll see hangs/crashes on too.

plus, there have been several reported cases of phones switching on during flights (it happened 1 of colleagues on recent flight london), , on occasion passenger has been asked remove battery.

never mind stories people's phones being remotely powered we've seen on last couple of months..
 

apple has dealt 1 years! case in point: ipods freeze too, sometimes! there specific procedure reset ipod (hold off on, press , hold select + menu), i'm sure there specific button procedure soft/hard reset iphone.

if on flight, put phone on airplane mode before turn off. if randomly turns on, wireless , other stuff disabled. big deal. , you'll using ipod anyway. :d

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

How to best wire an entire house mac...(I want a touch screen in my bathroom)

so here's basic idea- have 2 floor apartment , want have total access media @ times. here thoughts on want , how i'm guess done, need advice... watching movies/divx/etc macmini plugged hdtv . mini serve primary machine in apartment. stream videos external hd bay connected airport extreme. control of machine wireless computer concealed tinted glass. itunes direct connection macmini surround receiver first floor. itunes stream airport express base stations upstairs , on terrace, including bathrooms. control of system problem prefer keep on primary machine downstairs, interested in 2 things. if wanted change music playing, don't want have go downstairs, nor want have separate machine control upstairs. investigating touch screens, or using macbook when upstairs or on terrace. there way gain control of macmini on network using different machines in house? program: http://www2.smarttech.com/st/en-us/products/synchron...
