How necessary is AppleCare?

i'm looking @ buying either macbook or macbook pro (probably refurbished). i'd pro because i'll using desktop replacement, don't know if i'll able afford applecare.

basically, difference between me using macbook or macbook pro next several years.

so, how important applecare? if computer has problems, able apple take care of nagging them enough if don't have applecare?

if bought apple notebook, think worth it? if didn't, did end regretting it?

in advance.
 

i suggest buy applecare, don't think apple fix bugging them, if can't afford it, wait month before standard 1 year warranty ends, , buy then,
, on ebay, can find brand new applecare macbooks, $50-$100 off regular price, thats going mine when buy mb\mbp

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
