Anyone had a kernal panic caused by VMware Fusion?

i got mbp under week ago , @ weekend installed vmware fusion beta use vista bootcamp partition. worked fine (apart vista taking age boot using bootcamp first time after using fusion) last night left mbp on downloading torrents , when came morning screen off (as i'd expect - white light on) moving mouse or hitting keys didn't anything. held down power button switch off , on again.

checked panic log , sure enough there there, involving com.vmware.kext.vmnet. didn't have fusion running @ - why cause kernel panic? best uninstall or there caused can fix?

fusion network translation via separate mac processes are
loaded @ mac boot time. try running following in terminal window
without fusion active , should see quite number of processes.

ps -auxww | grep -i vmware | more

uninstalling vmware should rid of them, if that's want.

i've never seen processes when fusion wasn't active
before. own imac runs non-stop. 1 thing: if mac goes sleep,
screws networking. try disabling it.

know number of other people on fusion community forum
(via http://www.vmware.com/mac) have experienced strange
networking behavior. if disabling sleep doesn't fix anything, it
best if asked question there, if
haven't already. in fact, if disabling sleep fixes it, post there anyway
let them know.
