spaces transition effects?

i have never used ubuntu or leopard (obviously) i'm confident understand concept of spaces. question though spaces in leopard open third party apps add in transition effects? possible reproduce cube effect ubuntu, or other new ideas no 1 has thought of? or whatever apple decides?

see making screen saver cycles through spaces. or creating version of cover flow uses spaces instead. or (even though wouldnt use it) vista's 3d program switcher thing think cool. or putting different spaces on different monitors. or multiple spaces @ same time. see alot of possiblities.

see senario apple provides spaces. means access spaces open interpretation. or see locked down, it, deal it. , i'm not expert. dont know!

anyway, know it's trivial. transitions fun!

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
