i got used ibook g4 1.2 ghz ,i thinking boosting memory,it says on "about mac" 768 ddr sdram

machine model: powerbook6,5

cpu speed: 1.2 ghz
l2 cache 512 kb
memory: 768 mb
bus speed: 133 mhz


these stats,how many slots has ? i'll need 256 stick or buy 1gb alone ?

nope, have 256mb built-in , additional 512mb stick. ibook has 1 memory slot of right in use 512mb stick. you'll have 1gb max out @ 1.2(1gb + 256mb) of ram. try newegg http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=n82e16820145562 . if buying somewhere else pc3200 ddr400 200pin. can pc2700 doesn't matter, slower depending on system

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
