washington, july 31 (upi) -- u.s. vice president dick cheney tuesday admitted wrong when declared iraq insurgency virtually on in 2005.

in interview cnn's larry king, cheney said thought @ time capture of saddam hussein, elections , other milestones enough undermine insurgency.

"that didn't happen," cheney admitted. "i think insurgency turned out more robust."
