WEIRD noise from 24" iMac

hi, got 24" white imac in middle of july , i'm happy apart 1 thing it's started doing.

makes weird noise. it's not loud since work in very quiet environment noticeable. sounds bit hard drive or fan ticking it's constant , driving me nuts.

1 thing that's worth mentioning... possibly, if i'm in numbers working on spreadsheet , drag data 1 cell another, stops! release mouse button drop data cell, starts again. stops intermittently whilst scrolling down documents/web pages.

has else experience same problem???

have apple care still in complimentary 90 day's support window anyway. purchased middle of july apple store 130 miles away.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
