Any Virtual CD solutions, i.e. no original disk required...?

on windows machine able use program called virtualdrive http://www.farstone.com/software/virtualdrive.htm create master catalog of game , application cds... way did not have insert them each time required game... , if lost cd or cd damaged wasn't out of luck. made reinstalling/rebuilding machines faster mount cd images file on hard disk , lightning quick read times...

best i've been able on mac create .cdr using disk utility , mount it... applications don't treat mounted image cd-rom... can on mac, purchasing software?

p.s. not around copyright protection or illegal sharing... make life easier managing dozens , dozens of cds... plus it's can in windows have able on mac, right??

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
