putting vids on iTunes help

i converted 2 movie files mp4 format iphone. 1 file 200mb, other 800mb. able drag , drop 200mb file itunes fine when did same thing 800mb file, wouldn't go in. no matter did, file wouldn't go on itunes.

know problem is?
 

do have enough disk space left?
