Can't get burned DVDs to work!! Sucks!

so, trying burn 12 minute image sequence dvd. 2.16ghz macbook pro, 2 gig ram, external hardrive scratch disk.

-open image sequence in quicktime pro.

-save both reference , self contained mov experimentation (14.5 gig self contained)

-used both toast 6 , visual hub encoding. choose create disk images can test before burning.

-open disk images , play in dvd player , good, though toast quality awful , unusable in professional environment.

-all video_ts folders have expected files in them no apparent weirdness.

-burn dvd in 3 4 different ways. using disk utility, using burn folder in finder, straight burn toast, , straight burn visual hub.

resulting dvds play perfect in dvd player; work on various xp , vista peecees, though vista had use hp player work.

however, none of disks work on of 6 different standalone players have tried them in. 5 of players won't load , "no disk" other player plays dvd, unbeleivably corrupted crazy horizontal lines, supperimpossed images 2 different points in video (wtf!), , stuttering. these between 1 year , 1 month old.

pulling hair out on one. far, macbook pro has not burned 1 single dvd has worked on standalone player.

have searched internet no avail.

begging help.

i might have skipped information, burn project dvd video? if not , you're doing data disk, won't read on standalone players.
otherwise, can try use different blank media. that's reason this.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
