Client starting a business and wants a name too?

hey everyone,

have client starting business , on top of logo/stationary, creative, company name. wondering if here has experience sort of thing , sort of tips give me?

there official website can existing company names? process in terms of registering name etc.? legalities involved? lastly, how 1 charge sort of service?

have agreed logo/stationary approx $500 usd, ok with, accurate add-on company name , goes along it? single person operation, starting out , based overseas.

again, tips, info, recommends, etc. creating company names appreciated.

 

well since they're overseas you'll have check countries laws/rules trademarks , registering of names , like. know in usa each state can have set of registered names businesses. trademarks , such believe cover national level. registering name shouldn't responsibility because there may possible legal issues it, though can of course pass along suggestions client. hate when clients ask these type of questions. you'd think they'd excited coming name.

far finding if name exist, google searching best idea can think of see if else using , what. coming names, make list of words based on company does, , use thesaurus increase word list play around words until creative spark.

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
