as knowledgeable att/cingular retail employee...and mac enthusiast, think suspect part of ringtone problem pricing. att charges anywhere $1.99 $2.49 ringtones (snippets of whole song). apple charges .99 cent whole song....so how little or how current itunes user expect pay snippet of song when paying .99 cent whole song?? major issue or question arises here. current att customers don't have iphone feel ripped if apple charges less $2.49 ringtones, @ same time apple/itunes uses feel ripped if paying more .99 cent. apple cares more loyalty customer att (which should) , think apple knows $2.49 snippet of song ludicrous, @ same time can't tinkle in att's "ringtone" cornflakes charging less $2.49 iphone users don't have custom ringtones, of right now. speculation longtime att employee , longer apple fan , business major. interesting see how handled...
if , when ringtones add, know apple have push <.99 , att give in
