How do I move a VMWare Virtual Machine Drive?

i switched parallels 3.0 vmware fusion. vmware more parallels when created virtual machine choose location. default location in case when created windows xp machine automatically put in documents folder. don't because nightly have chronosync sync documents folder base station drive. add lot of data nightly. have gone through settings have found no way of moving virtual drive. know can physically vmware won't find it.
 

i'm sure muct able file->open in vmware , select virtual machine resides anywhere on drive.

worst case, move virtual machine , replace alias. way when use chronosync it'll sync alias.
