Aluminum iMac + Bootcamp + BF2142 (PC) = :(

i dont know if else having problem. skimmed few pages , didnt see other bf2142 (mac) woes.

have bf2142 (pc), got when first came out, , playing via bootcamp on macbook pro 2.16ghz coreduo no problems @ all.

upgraded new imac 2.4ghz core2duo, installed latest bootcamp, installed windows , apple drivers, installed updates, installed bf2142.

looks peachy @ point. pop in disc , load game, lets me log bf2142 server soldiers account... ohhhh whole 10 seconds. locks couple seconds (minus sound) , screen goes pitchblack. not backlight going out, or no image on screen... total darkness... no power or video lcd @ all. yet can hear bf2142 music playing in background, , can move mouse around , hear myself clicking things. resolution restart.

ive redone process 3 time exact same results. going far delete bootcamp partition , start on scratch.

else having same problem or know of fix?
wouldnt mind going out , buying bf2142 (mac) if there not many threads how ****** port is.
 

sounds flaky video drivers.

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
