Wife fell with iphone, screen broke :/

well, i've read stories people have accidentally or stupidly broken iphones , apple has been replacing them. well, seems not anymore. wife tripped , fell crossing street (she's ok thank goodness) while holding phone... when looked @ it, glass shattered! phone in incase case (the rubber one) made no difference. after reading threads here, recliner chair vs iphone, got replaced free apple, figured maybe same me? no such luck. didn't expect should replace although hoping. $249 fix (flat fee 8gb , $199 4gb). nice enough waive $29 'loaner' phone though.

point is, either apple not me , wife (went 2 stores btw, first 1 had no loaners) or changing 'here have new phone' policy. thing amex pay this.
 

try few different places , see if they're willing out.
dont tell them fell, barelly dropped few feet hands ground , broke easy etc....
see if can bs way around , broke easy previous cellphones dropped 100 times didnt have probs :d

Mini-DVI to DVI-I?

New iMac here - LOVING the Mighty Mouse

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
