mdd 1.25 cpu to dual 1.25 no boot problem

i have working 1.25ghz mdd g4 want put dual mdd 1.25 cpu into. when try booting dual installed black screen, fan speeds after 10-15 sec. got cpu on ebay, listed pulled working unit. have tried resetting pmu? no luck, batt. good. ideas?

hi. did same thing on g4mdd 1,25 single. removed cpu card and
put dual 1,42 fw800. machine runs perfectly, on first boot remember zapped pram, booted fine , sysprof reports dual cpu g4 @1,42ghz 2mb l3 per cpu. though sure cpu right working, when did crossed fingers.....
mac make acoustic signal when try boot?
have tried re-install old cpu, start, shut down , going again new one?

i have mbp, , talked wife getting imac after dell (she loathed machine, made sell easy) crapped bed. when deciding on bluetooth mouse mbp, passed on mighty mouse wireles becasue of review here seemed negative. ordered corded version imac came friday. long story short, have been using mm , found quite enjoyable! in fact prefer logitech v220 im using now. found out have tendency lift left finger off botton when using normal 2 button mouse. made use of mm natural me. absolute best part of mm freaking scroll ball. orgasmic use!! l o v e mechanical smoothness , feel of ball in motion. using app steermouse able fine tune puppy perfect. on fence mm, let me assure pretty awesome, , person ultra picky point of ocd mice.   good review! imac prepared shipping, should coming in few days. i'm going using standard wired mm comes it, positive feedback on it. worried going horrible,...
