HELP!!! Did I just brick my phone???

here's did:

had modded phone @ 1.01.
restore , update 1.02. worked fine.
tried jailbreak via iactivator. knew fail, wanted see happen. failed.
iphone rebooted, stayed stuck on apple logo. did reset.

here's whats happening: if try reset, stay on apple logo long time no spinning icon. after long time, go main "slide unlock screen", default background , stuff. problem won't respond: slider doesn't move, hold button @ top doesn't anything, etc.

itunes says: "itunes not connect iphone "iphone" because unknown error occurred (0xe8000023)."

worst part can't restore mode. holding 2 buttons cause show apple icon, turn off again.

help!

anyway, restore , plug power source. try that.

Currys UK online order nightmare!

i'm disappointed in currys' online service. ordered 16gb touch, once had received confirmation email realised address had wrong house number. tried call them, , bounced around 5 different phone numbers (some repeated, different instructions!) , turned out best advice give me cancel order, , order again change house number! how outrageous. anyway, cancelled order , didnt bother ordering again. time i'm going official apple store. it'll take few more days deliver, better discount voucher. oh, know lazy , myself, apple store's refund policy, if find touch not me can return within 28 days, if isnt defective? because i'd rather have classic?   oh dear god... thought had cancelled it. turns out happened call again due lack of confirmation on cancellation, , said not possible me cancel order had apparently been dispatched already. summing up, have wait ipod (whi...
