Demo iPhones crashing

so, verizon contract in couple of days, , went apple store in clarendon va yesterday 'face time' iphone. there weren't many people in store, , had entire kiosk of 6 iphones myself.

set convinced walk out new phone, experience demo units horrible. on phones one, each web page loaded strangely in safari-- no pictures, jumbled text, or nothing @ all. , without fail, on each of 6 demos, when page loaded , started pan around, screen inexplicable revert main icon menu. happened on , on again, in safari, in google maps , ipod. apple store rep stopped me said because using edge (i disabled wifi see how slow be), when switched wifi had same problems. said, "oh, know, these phones used lot, buggy." really? after hour of getting increasingly more frustrated iphone crashing , difficult touch-typing, walked out of store disappointed device unstable , difficult use.

has else had experience in stores? iphones crash regularly, no apparent reason? instability increase frequent usage?
 

i have had extremely infrequent crashes in safari. annoying, i'm sure apple working on it.

Currys UK online order nightmare!

i'm disappointed in currys' online service. ordered 16gb touch, once had received confirmation email realised address had wrong house number. tried call them, , bounced around 5 different phone numbers (some repeated, different instructions!) , turned out best advice give me cancel order, , order again change house number! how outrageous. anyway, cancelled order , didnt bother ordering again. time i'm going official apple store. it'll take few more days deliver, better discount voucher. oh, know lazy , myself, apple store's refund policy, if find touch not me can return within 28 days, if isnt defective? because i'd rather have classic?   oh dear god... thought had cancelled it. turns out happened call again due lack of confirmation on cancellation, , said not possible me cancel order had apparently been dispatched already. summing up, have wait ipod (whi...
